BEAKY'S TRANS

 So Jordan was rolling into work yesterday morning. He was getting on the highway when he heard a noise and couldn't shift into 4th, he looked down and his kicker was smashed to the ground and dragging. He managed to get to the side of the road and called me. We loaded the bike up and after work tore into it.

 When we went to take the trans apart the mainshaft had a miles worth of play side to side.

 It seems the nut came loose allowing the main shaft to move. When it did it sheered the keyway in the main shaft and spun the gear about 90 degrees. Had to cut the gear to get it off.
